Katy Perry dons studded lips on this limited edition cover of Harper’s Bazaar December 2010 issue.
This special cover was shot by fashion photographer Alexi Lubomirski and features Katy wearing 150 red crystal Swarovski Elements on her luscious lips. She also looks very like Jean Patchett on the inconic Erwin Blumenfeld Vogue cover from January, 1950.
